Laura Kent

Laura Kent was the first woman to serve on the ICCC International Board. She spent three decades in the investment arena, first as a stock broker, then as CEO of her own Investment Advisory firm. She is a global thinker, looking at the mechanisms that drive the economy, cause and effects, what one can expect to see happening due to things going on in the markets. In business, she has mentored  and encouraged individuals to help them maximize their potential

Ms. Kent is passionate about job-creation efforts worldwide.

As a Board member of Endpoverty.org, a faith-based nonprofit, she was active in funding capital and training individuals for the creation of their own microbusinesses and small businesses in nine developing nations. She joined the ICCC in 1992. She was looking for others who also hold the belief that God works in and through us to see His will for the nations manifested and He wants to use us and our businesses to achieve His purposes on earth.

Her passion is to see God’s Word and His hand manifested throughout the world.  Laura has two degrees in Economics (BA and Masters) and an MBA from Stanford University.
